If you opt for our priority service (₹499 + GST), your request will be attended within 10 minutes to 24 business hours. This service does not guarantee instant processing of government applications, only faster internal handling.
Orders once paid are non-cancellable. Refunds are only issued if services cannot be rendered by LicencesOnline due to internal issues. Refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.

LicencesOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform. Our liability shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the service, if any.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Kolkata.
